OIA Internship Program Batch 16 – 2023

Office of International Affairs (OIA) is pleased to announce the OIA Internship Program 2023 batch 16. Through the program, students will be able to apply for part-time internships as (1) Junior Assistant for International Partnership, (2) Junior Assistant for National Partnership, and (3) Design and Social Media Content Creator. Internships are only for UNISSULA students who are currently in their 2^nd or 4^th semesters.

This internship period starts from July – December 2023 (6 months’ program). The internship will be conducted offline.

General Requirements:

a) The 2^nd or 4^th semester students of UNISSULA
b) Having good spoken and written English proficiency
c) Having good interpersonal and teamwork skills
d) Having good time management and working resilience

Available Positions

Job Title: Junior Assistant for International Partnership.
- Daily administrative works (email, letter, and MoU management).
- Managing Izin Belajar (IB) Application
- Assisting the Staff of International Partnership
- Transport Compensation: Rp. 350.000 / month

Job Title: Junior Assistant for National Partnership
- Daily administrative works (email, letter, and MoU management)
- Managing Izin Belajar (IB) Application
- Assisting the Staff of National Partnership
- Transport Compensation: Rp. 350.000 / month

Job Title: Junior Officer for Design & Social Media
- Daily administrative works (email, letter, and MoU management)
- Designing a poster, flyer, or certificate
- Managing the website and Instagram account of OIA
- Transport Compensation: Rp. 350.000 / month

Program Timeline

June 8^th – 19^th, 2023 : Application
June 19^th, 2023      : Deadline
June 20^th – 21^st, 2023 : Screening
June 23^rd, 2023     : Interview session
June 26^th, 2023     : Announcement
June 28^th & 30_^th, 2023 : Orientation
