Flowchart of International Student’s Admission
(1). International student admission process begins from filling the registration form through the website: admission.unissula.ac.id. Some of the requirements that must be uploaded by international students include:
- CURRICULUM VITAE (CV) format : pdf
- CERTIFICATE OF ENGLISH PROFICIENCY format : pdf
- RECENT PHOTO (FORMAL, RED BACKGROUND) format : jpg
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA format : pdf
- PASSPORT (IDENTITY PAGE) format : pdf
- HEALTH CERTIFICATE format : pdf
- HIGH SCHOOL ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT format : pdf
(2). After filling up the admission form, check up your email. There will be username and password sent by admission team. Log in to admission.unissula.ac.id using your username and password and follow your admission progress.
(3). Your admission will be processed by admission team. In the period 3-5 days you will get LETTER OF OFFER (if the application is accepted by your desired study program) or LETTER OF REJECTION (if the application is rejected by your desired study program) along with the reason and consideration. Those letters will be sent through the system and email.
(4). After obtaining the LETTER OF OFFER, make the payment based on the invoice attached and submit the additional documents required (if any). NOTICE: The invoice payment should be made NO LONGER than 60 days after the issuance letter of offer.
(5). After making the payment, upload the payment proof at admission.unissula.ac.id in the payment menu. After 3 days, admission team will confirm the payment.
(6). UNISSULA will issue LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE as the confirmation that you are accepted at your desired study program. This letter will be sent through the system and email.
(7). Contact the Office of International Affairs (OIA) by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to apply STUDY PERMIT and STUDENT VISA before departing to Indonesia.
